HOW TO BE IN THE PROGRAM

Family Promise of Lee County Eligibility Requirements:

Lee County residents
Families with children who are without housing or who will be in the near future
Employed or actively pursuing employment
Drug and alcohol free and not suffering from an untreated mental illness

All families who participate in our program are first screened and their eligibility is determined by the Executive Director and Case Manager. This will ensure that families who enter the program have the best chance in achieving independence

What to Expect During the Intake Process:

We will ask you if you have certain documents. If you don’t have these items, you can still enter Family Promise of Lee County and then we can help you obtain these documents. Documents include: birth certificates, photo ID’s, and social security cards

Family Promise of Lee County offers a wide range of services to meet each family’s needs. Our partnership with the diverse interfaith network of local churches enables us to help serve families in need and in no way represents our thoughts, opinions or religious views. Religious background in no way effects eligibility.
